A: A Readiness Assessment provides you with a team of experienced education practitioners that have served in senior management positions at colleges and universities to help you take a hard look at your policies, procedures, staffing, marketing, admissions, financial aid, course quality, technology, staff and student support and student retention. Once that is completed this team will produce a report detailing the state of readiness of your organization and a checklist of "next steps" and best practices for you to follow.
